Got they're for a 8am appt but didn't start loading until 10. Was fast then though. Bathrooms and parking and scale on site.
wasted 5 hour for 2 pallets. when check in they told me product is ready called me after 5 hour. bad customer service. made me late for my next pick up.
My experience there was 1 hr total. Park, check in, to door, loaded and check out. 1 hr for 1 pallet.
Good customer service.
Public Truck Scale available at this facility. No need to go to Loves Truck Stop far away. Check in clerks, workers rude, don't give clear instructions.
