Im a patient of Paul White, MD, he and the staff here have always been great to me. During pregnancy you have so many visits to the doctor and my wait time was usually reasonable. I would be in and out within an hour sometimes.
Horrible! I had to ask permission to leave work early for an appointment I had at 4, only to arrive, sign in and wait an hour and half for a receptionist to tell me that I had to reschedule. The doctor left at 3:30. Like really? When I signed in and provided the doctor's name, it didn't occur to them to inform me that she had already left. Worst thing is they didn't even apologize! What a waste of my time, sitting there watching everyone who came in after me go in and leave; I ended up being the only person in the waiting room and the receptionist was staring at me for quite a while before she finally decided to call me to the window to tell me to reschedule.
Attempted to make an appointment for my daughter but was informed by the receptionist that a referral is now needed in order for her to see a gynecologist. However, after speaking with my insurance provider, I learned that isn't true. If she didn't want to do her job that's fine, but to give misinformation about this clinic, essentially costing them two patients, is really a disservice to this clinic. We will find another Dr, one that hopefully has an informed staff answering the phone.
