The customer service here is horribly slow. Every time I come in here, it's a minimum of 15 minutes. Half the time it's about a 30 minute visit. Just to make a simple deposit with a deposit slip already filled out. There could be a long line with 3 tellers. Then one by one, the tellers leave to do whatever else while there is a huge line.

Yesterday, my wife waited a little more than a half hour to talk to someone about a home mortgage. Just to find out that they can't do that there and she had to call corporate.
Takes forever plus parking is a struggle moved to Wells Fargo it's faster + big parking lot

Needless to say, I'm taking my personal and business accounts elsewhere. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars, is because Chase is actually a good bank. Just not this branch.
